Team Workshops

Team workshops help leadership teams identify patterns affecting alignment, communication, and decision making. Through interviews and facilitated sessions, teams surface key dynamics and define clear agreements for how they want to work together.

Leading up to the workshop, there are conversations with team members to surface themes, challenges, and system level insights. Workshops are typically 2–3 days (in person preferred) and can include follow up sessions to reinforce alignment and accountability.
